Why We Started CreativeTechCoderz
We both spent years inside the world's largest agency networks managing hundreds of accounts. We were good at it. But we watched the same patterns play out for clients over and over again.
Junior executives running accounts they'd had for two weeks. Performance reports full of impressions and "brand awareness" numbers that didn't translate to revenue. Clients locked into 18-month contracts with no ability to leave when results didn't materialise.
We left to build something different: a performance agency where every account is run by the specialist it deserves, every fee is flat and transparent, and every contract is month-to-month. If we don't deliver, you leave. That accountability changed everything about how we operate.
